After the positive experience of the first two editions, the event “Drink&Bite: discover the Piedmontese taste!” came back to Copenhagen. This food&wine event gave the public the opportunity to taste some of the delicacies of the Italian gastronomy paired with wines of some producers of the consortium of promotion I Vini del Piemonte. A sort of “Piemonte Festival” addressed in particular to millennials: a young but extremely precious and strategic public inside the domestic wine market sector.

The event took place on Saturday 18^th September 2021, the day after the 12^th edition of the Barolo & Friends Event in Copenhagen, at the Frederiksberg Mad- Og Kulturhus, the food and culture house of the Frederiksberg district, in a very central area of the city.

Inside this location there was a wine area with 7 Piedmontese wine producers, who presented their labels, and a food area with 3 agri-food companies, who offered their products for tasting: Agrisalumeria Luiset, Corilanga e Strada del Riso Vercellese di qualità.

Thanks to the collaboration with Strada del Riso Vercellese di qualità, a show cooking area was also set up with an open kitchen where a chef will prepare various risottos on the spot.

On schedule, two sessions: from 16.00 to 18.00 and from 19.00 to 21.00. Available online 80 ticket for each session on billetto.dk and madbillet.dk at a cost of 150 DKK. All the participants received a free stem glass as a souvenir.
