Autumn 2020: the consortium of promotion will be in Switzerland and Austria for two prestigious promotional initiatives with wine companies from all over Italy

By virtue of the renewed agreement with Gambero Rosso, the companies members of I Vini del Piemonte will have the privilege and great opportunity to take part in two important legs of the international tours promoted by the prestigious guide, even if not awarded in “Vini d’Italia” Gambero Rosso guide: Vini d’Italia Tour in Zurich and Tre Bicchieri World Tour in Wien.
Considering the importance of the Swiss market for the Piedmontese producers, the consortium of promotion I Vini del Piemonte will take part, for the second year in a row, as guest region in the stop of Zurich of the “Vini d’Italia Tour” with a group of companies members of the consortium.
The event will took place on 30 November 2020 at the Lake Side:I Vini del Piemonte will have a dedicated space, with single counters for each producer, inside a walk around tasting together with wine companies from all over Italy, addressed to trading operators, journalists and final consumers selected among the members of local wine clubs.
Zurich is one among the most difficult and competitive cities, but it is also among the most strategic ones for the wine market. I Vini del Piemonte has decided to join the forces with an established and renowned brand like Gambero Rosso in order to create a truly effective initiative.
On Wednesday 2 December 2020 the consortium of promotion will land for the first time in Wien to take part in the first Austrian stop of the “Tre Bicchieri Tour“ with a delegation of companies inside an area dedicated to Piedmont, which will be guest region for the 2020 edition.
This will be a precious opportunity for companies to present themselves and their wines to taste in front of a selected public of traders, journalists, representatives of the Ho.Re.Ca sector and sommeliers, thus fully facilitating possible commercial development and strengthening their brand image on the Austrian market.
