On 21st October 2019 the consortium of promotion is organizing two in-depth seminars within the Enora event entitled “A Glass of Italy”
Considering the importance of the Norwegian market for the Italian wines, and the Piedmontese ones in particular, the consortium of promotion I Vini del Piemonte is proposing two in-depth Master classes within the event entitled “A Glass of Italy” organized by Enora in Olso on 21st October 2019.
The event, which will involve companies from all over Italy, will be primarily addressed to representatives of the trade sector: importers, dealers but also sommeliers, restaurants and wine shops which, in their menus, are constantly increasing the numbers of wines not included in the lists of the Norwegian monopoly.
I Vini del Piemonte is going to join the initiative with two Master classes about Piedmontese wines: one reserved for the trade operators and one addressed to selected consumers, members of local wine clubs. This event is conceived in particular for companies which are already working in this market. The direct participation of the producers is not necessary.
As highlighted by the research carried out by I Vini del Piemonte, Norway is extremely important for the Italian producers: Italy is, in fact, at the first place for the export of red wines in the Scandinavian country, not only for the volumes, but also in terms of value. The situation proves to be particularly positive for Piedmont which, today, is one of the most trending regions.
